Refund policy

At Olive and Fig, all of our grazing boards and graze boxes are made to order with fresh, perishable ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of fulfillment are non-refundable, as ingredients have already been sourced and preparation has begun.

Quality Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order upon pickup or delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with a photo and description of the concern. We will do our best to make it right, which may include a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Event Cancellations: We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen event, please contact us as early as possible so we can discuss your options.
